Best shampoo/conditioner for BIRACIAL hair?

Hi. I'm biracial. My hair is VERY curly and dry, but when straightened, it's very soft and fine. My hair is very thick and voluminous, and hard to manage sometimes. What is the best shampoo/conditioner set for my kind of hair? Something that can be found in local stores and isn't too expensive or oily?
