My Computer is Completely Frozen, Please Help...?

I clicked enter a couple of times to open Google Chrome and then my Desktop Computer just Froze. I've tried everything I can think of; Ctrl+Alt+Del - Nothing Happens, Holding the Power Button until it shuts down - Once Again, nothing! Please Help, I really need it to work, It was very expensive and Relatively new. Thanks in Advance ;)
