Does the dress code in the Bible apply to today's world? ?

I've been attending my Gparents church for bout a year now.. They are Pentecostal, some things they say I agree with and there are a LOT of things they say that really disagree with. This past mother's day the preacher's wife read and passed out sheets of paper talking about how women should dress. I was familiar with it because I do read the Bible.. One part said No earrings, no pants, long dresses, etc.. Then as I looked around I saw almost everyone on the mother board wearing earrings so I kind of laughed. What really made me ponder was when she said women shouldn't wear pants or it is an abomination to God.. In today's world we have pants "distinctly" for women and men so does the Bible's dress code still apply? Will I go to hell for wearing pants, earrings, etc? Or in today's world does it apply to "cross dressers"? Drag Queens?
