What's that old scary movie with a monster that turns kids into figurines?

I'm not really sure if I am remembering a few scary movies from when I was younger and just putting them together in my mind. I have recently watched Little Monsters and Don't Look Under The Bed. I think I may have seen one or both of those and mixed it with the kids turning into figurines one. I just remember a monster stealing kids (that I think are a group of friends) and turning them into figurines (I believe). Distinctly remember the monster sneaking into one of the kids beds at night and scaring them before he kidnapped them. If you could throw some movies that sound like they might be it, I would be very grateful.
