How can I unbond zap-a-gap that I stupidly used to glue in a loose hubcap screw?

My chrome hubcap connects to the wheel by a long screw that was falling out of the wheel a day after I got the tires changed. I was in a huge hurry and I don't know why I did this but instead of taking the screw out, I put a tiny bit of zap a gap in the edge of the screw head and screwed it in. I realize if I get a flat it will be very difficult to put on my spare, so I want to unbond the zap a gap before a bad situation develops. How can I do this? I feel really stupid and would appreciate any help. Thank you!
