Im trying to download a program to install off of google chrome browser ..?

but when i open the download to install it goes to photoshop ..now i kno i have to change the defult program but it aint helping ..because i dont know what the defult program is for programs that i download from the internet ...so please help me i just want to install my program but i cant because it want to go straight to photoshop
