Google Chrome and Facebook?

I've been using google chrome for about a year now, and it's worked beautifully on everything, except for now. It works on everything except for facebook. It lets me log on, but every time I go to 'like' something or check my notifications, the screen goes blank and I'm forced to go to 'facebook.com' again. I then tried facebook on Safari and it works perfectly. I really like using google chrome, though, so I'd like to fix whatever is going on. Thanks
