Alright. Here we go. I am 13 years old. (dont tell me im too young for abs) I work out every day. I run 1.5 miles every day and I lift weights. I do weighted leg lifts and I do weighted crunches. My waist is 27 inches I am 5 foot 2 and i weight 100 pounds. Apparently my Body fat percentage is 8 percent. My hips are 28 inches. I can see four of my abs when I flex but barely. How do I make it so I can see all six and distinctly!? Please Help. When I pull on my stomach about 1.2 inches of fat comes out.
