Computer sometimes freezing?

I have a problem with my computer its bin happening for the past 2 days now, when i open something like "google chrome, firefox, My computer" It stops and doesent work for like 5 seconds or so as if its lagging. Its a new computer under 1 month old. I had to reset to system factory. Could it be cause im running a game while i do it, im running WoW. It doesent happen all the time either it just now stopped when i wrote this. Also i use gamebooster premium. It only seems to happen if im loading a new page like i search facebook ect. please help
