Do light skin African American people have it easier?

Im caucasion and im southern. I honestly think all races r beautiful in their own way idk y ppl dont compliment darker skin tones as much. Maybe they only want to date their own race (which is stupid) or they r just attracted to certain ppl. I honestly dont kno but im sure u r just as beautiful as rihanna or beyonce perhaps more i jus think america is a little racist though we all deny it ( not just white ppl r racist im saying everyone)
