Help setting Yahoo mail as my default!!!?

So I want to set yahoo mail as my default mail. I have google chrome as my main browser. Basically I have followed the directions to go to tools, internet option click programs and email. I even followed step by step instructions with pictures! There is only one problem....there are no email options! Everything looks identical except I have no drop down to select my email preference! Somebody please help I am getting so frustrated!!!!
