I missed my chance, and need to move on from her before I go to college?

Ive had feeling for my best friend for 4 years. We have been incredibly close, and during her senior year we spent every day together except holidays. I distinctly remember the day she tried to make a move. I stayed the night with her and we woke up in the morning. I opened my eyes and she was looking at my. Then she gently ran her finger over my lips. I was so tired that I didn't realize anything. Ever since that, she has been less touchy and we now she is in college (not far away at all). I know she has replaced me, but I can't move on. There are still sparks when we hang out alone. Anyways I'm moving halfway across the US for college in 4 months and need to move on for gods sake.
