Is Palidino.com down again? it's 27th of June - 2011?

anytime i go to load Palidino.com in firefox, then the connection times out, in Chrome it says "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.palidino.com" it was already down for ages and only came back about 2 or 3 days ago! is it down? whens it gonna be back up again? ty
