Javascript not working on any browser?

Ok I updated java on their website. Any site that uses javascript I get errors on. Whether using Chrome, Firefox, or IE. Javascript is enabled for all my browsers. I even ran a registry cleaner and cleaned the caches, cookies, and junk. Its still not working. Ive had this problem in the past, but usually it just wouldnt work in Chrome but it would on other browsers.
