Removing bluing from gun barrel?

I have a mosin nagant and i want to remove the bluing(black finish) from all the metal parts to expose the shiny chrome like metal underneath, but i do not know what materials to use and if i need to use a sealent to make sure the metal rusts, PLEASE DESCRIBE THE PROCESS THOROUGHLY.
