So bored with my look..any suggestions? :D?

I'm sooo bored of my look...any suggestions on what I could do? Here's what I have to work with: Long, curly black hair (biracial, so a few red overtones) with about an inch of red dyed tips, large black doe eyes, slightly thick-ish eyebrows, a few freckles, medium lips, caramel skin and an average nose. What would improve my look for the best? And what makeup would go best with my complexion? Thank you sooo much! <3 Rachel
