Documentary about people who lived in the rainforest coming to society?

I watched this on TV ... maybe a year or two about it, but no matter what I google, I can't seem to find it. I can only hope I didn't imagine the whole series. I remember them traveling across America, and I can distinctly remember the episode where they lived in a cabin and were really cold, so they slept in sleeping bags with the heaters right on them. And then they played with snow. But for the life of me, I can't remember the name of it, or even the channel it was on. I think there were four or five men who came along.
