I have virus on my laptop and when i do something it says file excuted will not load...?

I have a hp laptop I use Google Chrome and I have Windows 7 when I get on the screen is blue. What do I do and i don't wanna tell my dad he will be mad at me and take it away. What do I do?? Please help me.
