How come I never see any minority bisexuals or lesbians?

Well I see black gays and asian gays and biracial gays. I only know white lesbians and bisexuals, Im looking for a girlfriend but, they'd only date white people. They've even admitted it so I don't even try and I actually only met one white girl that dates outside her race! I know out there but why so rare? I live in jacksonville
